Event Overview

A vision board is a tool that can be used to help clarify hopes for the future, concentrate on goals, and maintain focus on specific areas in life. Through interactive reflection & guided meditation, we will focus on the areas of our lives that are most important to us.


Each participant will create an individual vision board to manifest and co-create with the Universe as we approach the New Year.

No prior experience is needed.

All materials provided. Please feel free to bring personal items as you wish (for example: photos, quotes, fabic, or other meaningful objects).

Nicole Landwehr, MSW, LCSW, ASW-G is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice. Nicole graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a BSW, MSW, and Graduate Certificate in Gerontology. She has extensive experience working with individuals that have physical and developmental disabilities; individuals living with mental illness; and individuals experiencing aging-related issues. Nicole’s clinical interests include: grief and loss, expressive arts and integrative therapies; life transitions; sex and sexuality; gender identity and expression. Nicole recently completed an Advanced Skills Training: Expressive Arts and Integrative Therapies Certificate Program at Fontbonne University, and enjoys incorporating expressive arts in her work with clients, community members, and other professionals. Francine and Stella - Nicole’s Porcine Children - are her inspiration. Favorite mediums include: acrylic, mixed media, collage, eco-art, and textiles.
