KIDS Crochet Class
9 Have Dabbled
Arts & DIY
Are your children looking for something fun to do over Holiday Break? Bring them to the KIDS Crochet Class at 2222 S. Jefferson. Children will have the opportunity to tour the studio and gallery space as well as view many different crochet items. They will learn to crochet using a basic stitch to create a hat or scarf. Children will need to bring their own yarn. I recommend 100% cotton, as it wears and washes well. Hobby Lobby has a nice selection at reasonable cost. I will provide the crochet hooks. A light snack will be provided for all children.

My name is Kris Wollaeger. I have also been teaching art for years. My students have ranged in age from 3-100 years old. I have taught art in workshop and camp settings as well as in the formal educational system. I currently teach painting classes to the elderly. I have a certification in art therapy and am dedicated to the art making process and sharing my love of art with others.
Rose had a great time and is enjoying practicing her crochet skills. Thank you!

This class was taken by my daughter. Kris was a great teacher and kept the girls thoroughly engaged. My daughter is now addicted to crocheting.
My only comments are for Dabble. Since this was a "youth" class, when signing up it should have given the option to put the student's name, a contact phone number, etc.
