Cooking dinner every night is exhausting - which can make eating healthy foods difficult! That's why Feed Your Vitality is hosting a class that is designed to teach participants how to shop, prepare, and store five delicious meals - all at the same time! The best part? The class will show you how to prepare these meals while following all Paleo and anti-inflammatory diet guidelines. This class will take some of the difficulty out of following these guidelines by having meals already prepared for you when you get off work.
