Event Overview
Join SLU graduate nutrition students for Saturday brunch for the whole family! Prepare a healthy brunch with your family while learning the basics of nutrition. We'll begin with a brief explanation of the preparation and nutritional content of the recipes for the day and then get cooking! The cooking session will be followed by a sit-down brunch and discussion of hot topics in nutrition. Price includes full brunch menu, coffee, mimosas, and kid-friendly mimosas. All ages 6 and older are welcome!
Please Note: The price for this event is $15 per child and $25 per adult. Under "class overview, " please select the schedule with the appropriate pricing and purchase. Apologies in advance for the separate transactions as Dabble is still working to add a shopping cart.
About the Instructors: Jessi and Heather are graduate nutrition students at Saint Louis University. They share a passion for combining cooking and nutrition and believe that getting the whole family involved in the kitchen is a great step to healthier eating.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Jessi is a Master's student in Nutrition and Dietetics at Saint Louis University. She is experienced in teaching cooking classes for children and in commercial food preparation. She is happiest in the kitchen and is passionate about sharing her love of cooking and nutrition with others.
