Event Overview
Kombucha is a fermented tea that has been making huge waves in the beverage industry, worldwide.
This class will discuss the history, health benefits and the craft of kombucha making. There will be a hands-on demonstration of the brewing process that will include processing raw fruit, how to make proper infusions and bottling. Participants will be able to take up to six bottles home as the final part of the lesson, secondary fermentation.
Students are not required to have any previous knowledge of the subject, just a thirst to understand this ancient elixir.
