Event Overview

Holistic Meditation works to transform and balance our physical body, emotional body, and energetic body while cultivating mindfulness. By implementing meditation throughout the day one can experience more moments of peace, stillness, comfort, and oneness on a regular basis.

This class will be focused on introducing three meditation techniques, mindful breathing, chanting, and sound meditation. These methods work to re align and re energize by breaking up stagnant energy and creating flow through all of our bodies.

This class is great for anyone who is new to meditation or is familiar with meditation and looking for new methods or a group to practice with! Group meditations are wonderful because it allows us to create an incredibly mindful and energetically harmonious space and energy collaboratively!

After taking this class you will be able to implement more easy mindful moments into your day. Take away some of my favorite meditation tips to create a meditation practice that is easy and works for you! No matter the time or place meditation will be just a few breaths away.
