Event Overview
This edgy group class is designed for the seasoned Pilates Boomer. Come break a sweat while pushing your own limits in reps, springs, techniques, and party-tricks on the Pilates Reformer.
Multiple props will be used in this high-paced, high-energy class. Prior to sign up, this session does require a prerequisite from a BP Instructor, with all students having a strong comfort level on the Pilates Reformer.
