We will go through the fundamentals of knowing how to find and fund your flip.
The class will be classroom style teaching. We will have a real estate investor and broker, Adam Kruse, speak. This is a 2-hour class with a casual format to increase question asking and general conversation.
How to search for a good piece of real estate, how to finance the purchase and rehab, how to evaluate whether its a financially savvy investment, what are the fundamental different types of real estate investing, how to get started.
I teach several classes. I believe there are 2 main schools of thought, 1. "I want stacks of cash" and 2. "I want streams of cash" This class is the stacks of cash method, but we can cover "streams of cash" as well, depending on class size.

Adam has helped countless investors purchase, rent, flip, sell, wholesale, etc, real estate over the last decade. Adam is on the Board of Directors for the St Louis Association of Realtors and is the host of the "St. Louis Realtor Podcast"
