True Runner is excited to introduce our the Spring 2015 half marathon training program geared toward the GO! St. Louis Marathon on April 12th, 2015. Available for $75 through their site but lots of bonuses if you register through Dabble. This Dabble exclusive offering includes a voucher for a growler fill of your choice at Civil Life, Schlafly or Urban Chestnut and $10 in Dabble Bucks for use toward ANY future class with Dabble!
Join us, as our experienced staff leads a program that will keep you focused and motivated toward achieving your goals. Whether your goal is to simply finish or to beat a certain time, our experienced staff will provide you with the correct level of training throughout the 12-week program. You can be a first timer or an experienced vet that just likes to train with others. Our goal is to provide a fun and supportive program that offers the support of a group, but also provides the individual attention you may need.
Dates & Times: 1/25/15 through 4/12/15 EVERY Wed Night & Saturday Morning.
Goal Race: GO! St. Louis Half Marathon
Wednesday Night: Track Work
Saturday: Group Run
Kick-off meeting 19th, 20th & 21st, training to begin the 25th. Kick-Off meetings are optional and you only need to attend one meeting. We will go over the entire program, answer questions and you will also have the opportunity to shop with an exclusive offer. Sign-up through 1/25.
This class will be taught by Brentwood, Missouri True Runner staff members Theresa, Almir & Ross.
What to Bring
Will be explained at any of the optional Kick-Off Meetings.

What's Provided
Supervised track sessions each Wednesday evening. Coaching as individualized as needed with email access to coaches for questions and guidance. Discounted shopping events at True Runner including each of the participant meeting nights.
