Event Overview

Everybody is doing it! Come learn what this "Mindfulness" is all about.

This two hour class will explore how Mindfulness affects the brain. The class will offer simple techniques YOU can incorporate into everyday life. Of course, there is time to practice.

Mindfulness has been PROVEN to decrease blood pressure, increase heart health, decrease depression & anxiety while improving general health and emotional well-being.

YOU will leave class knowing why Mindfulness is useful and most importantly how to incorporate Mindfulness into your hectic schedule to become physically healthier, emotionally grounded, and have an increase sense of well being.

This 2 hour experience is only $25/person

Sharon Hepburn is a qualified Mindfulness instructor teaching business executives in the corporate setting and within school systems to pre K-Grade 5. Sharon has gained practical tools and knowledge to share how to navigate every day life.

Sharon K. Hepburn has been speaking at high schools, vocational schools, and Universities since 1999. Her high energy lectures are entertaining as well as educational.

After hearing Sharon speak, individuals in support groups including cancer survivors, palliative care groups, and chronic pain, walk away transformed with what they
have learned.

Whether is a commencement speech or an intimate talk with high power executives, Sharon delivers lessons which will be applicable in every aspect of life.

    This was a nice introduction to the topic of mindfulness. I learned something and felt very relaxed after the class. I think it was good to keep the class to 10 or under so everyone could participate.
