SiriAtma Kaur looked to yoga for a non-detrimental way to relieve the stresses of everyday life. Through her practice, she found not only the peace of mind she was seeking, but also her purpose - to inspire others to heal themselves as well. She is certified in Hatha Yoga (200hr YA) & in Kundalini Yoga (200hr 3HO). She has been teaching Yoga in the St. Louis area for three years, and with her compassionate approach, has planted seeds of self-love in the hearts of many adults and children, with increased physical wellness as a by-product.
