Audrey was as sweet and charming as her truffles. It was a tall task for the wine manager to pair wines but he did a pretty nice job. More than anything it was a beautiful evening, filled with new info, new friends, and amazing chocolate (the hero of the night for sure)

Fabulous class, beyond my expectations! Audrey was knowledgable and well prepared to educate us about chocolate, where it comes from, how it's made and also is clearly passionate about what she does. She attended the Culinary Institute of American in NYC and it shows. She was TERRIFIC.
Travis is well-schooled in wine and loves to be challenged in his knowledge. He spent considerable time preparing for the class, pairing the truffles with different wines and I must say that he came up with winners.
We learned quite a bit and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Can't wait to take another class!

The class was very enlightening. The truffles were so different yet so delectable! Aubrey was very good in explaining the truffles that were selected for us that evening. The dessert wines were paired so well with each truffle. Travis, the wine director, did an awesome job of explaining why he and selected a specific dessert wine for each particular truffle. Highly recommend this class!

Excellent class and extremely delicious! The truffles were incredible, especially loved the Red Velvet one. The wines were unique and not something I would have tried if not for this class...and they were amazingly good!! Travis and Stacy did a great job with the class and it was such a cool night. I really enjoyed everything about it.

This class is not to be missed! You get to explore the wide world of truffles that mix global flavors with St. Louis-specific taste --(Fitz's Root Beer truffle topped with Billy Goat chips?! So good. )--and pair it all very nicely with unique wines. The wine director creatively goes beyond traditional reds to expand your palatte to how versatile wine and chocolate pairings can be. Very informative. And very delicious!
