OK, I thought that learning to throw knives and tomahawks would be fun, but the experience exceeded my expectations. It’s very addictive, throwing that metal and hitting your target (even if you don’t get a bullseye). Cliff is an excellent teacher (and a world champion thrower), and he can teach ANYONE how to throw. A very cool and enjoyable way to spend 90 minutes on a Saturday afternoon - and it might end up being your next hobby.

Cliff is a great teacher and person. You’ll be sticking knives after a few minutes with Cliff’s instruction. And you can throw until your arm falls off. Great for groups, big and small

Oh my this class was amazing!! Cliff is an incredible guy and so much fun. Nothing more satisfying than throwing a tomahawk and hearing it "thunk" into a bulls eye! I Highly recommend this learned skill to all!

This class was so awesome and fun! Cliff is a hoot and so kind and knowledgeable. Also very generous with fun stories and facts about himself and the subject. I would hang with him and throw stuff any time.

What a fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon. I took the class today with three friends and all of us had a blast. Cliff was a great teacher; he was quick with the basics and got us out throwing within a few minutes, then moved between the group to offer feedback and suggestions. He was also warm, funny, and clearly has a deep appreciation and enjoyment of this; if you're interested in the science of the spin and rotation to improve your accuracy, he's got you covered. All four of us were hitting the target with decent accuracy with both knives and tomahawks by the end of the session (I preferred the knives, but I'll admit the tomahawks were very satisfying to throw). Highly, highly recommend.

This was my first knife throwing class and it was a fantastic experience. Cliff is an excellent teacher and gives just the right feedback. After listening to his advice I was sticking the knives 8 in a row. All I had to do was listen and do what he said. I was also able to stick the tomahawks from three different distances. I wish I'd taken this class sooner and would consider taking it again. Thank you Cliff.

Excellent experience! Learn from a champion. Within 5 minutes of walking up, you'll have knives in your hands, a few instructions floating in your head and getting ready to throw. You get personalized instructions right off the bat which really help you "get sticks." It was 90+ degrees out, felt super hot at first, but somehow you get in the zone and you don't feel it much anymore. I am so glad my husband asked for this for his birthday! It was a great way to spend 1hr 30 minutes!! Thanks Cliff!!

I went with a group of friends and had a blast. Cliff was awesome. He would adjust our throwing distances from a glance and sure enough, you could stick that knife or tomahawk easy.

The gallery is all outdoors but shaded. Definitely bring some drinks and bug spray.

I would do this again in a heartbeat.

We had such a great time in class with Cliff. This class is casual and a lot of fun. After a quick lesson we jumped right in and started throwing tomahawks! It took a bit to get in the groove of it all, but everyone got better as class went on. Cliff's excitement when we nailed the throw was awesome, he truly was excited for us each time!
I suggest this class for anyone looking for a fun (and random) Austin activity!
