Really fun experience! We made panda shaped sushi, they were so cute! Great quality salmon - so creamy and rich, absolutely love it! The instructor is very friendly and very helpful, felt like I learned a lot at the end of the class. Definitely recommend doing the sake pairing too, you get to taste a few different sake and they all pair well with the sushi. Would recommend to anyone and would love to do it again!

This class was so much fun! We made four different rolls, including an adorable panda shaped roll. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to all of the students. The sushi at Enso is incredibly fresh, too! I would highly recommend the $15 unlimited sake pairing as well. Overall, a very fun experience and I would highly recommend it!

We celebrated our friends birthday through the sushi class. It was incredible! The sushi was delicious and the sake flowed!!!

My boyfriend and I bought seats to this class for a date night and we had SO much fun. There was supposed to be a much larger group, but it wound up just being the two of us with the instructor. We had such a good time learning how to make the most adorable panda shaped sushi rolls and loved that we got a little goody bag with the tools to make the rolls ourselves and a bottle of sake! We have been talking about this date night with friends ever since and would love to go again. We've been recommending it to everyone.

This made for the perfect gift and great date. The chef was knowledgeable, engaged, and hilarious. We left feeling like we could host a sushi party - and we will probably be back for another class.

My team loved the event! They learned a lot and had fun doing it! Everything about the event was perfect -- the instructor, the food, the drinks, the staff, the space and the music. Definitely recommend this for a fun night out!

This was a great class! Focused one just one type of sushi but many different types. Class was small and intimate . Thank you CK for hosting us!

This class was absolutely incredible. Such a bang for the buck. First, you get an education on Sushi and sake pairings, which I was completely unaware, in my entire adult life, was a thing. Second, you get to attempt to recreate what the truly amazing instructor masterfully creates, Spoiler Alert: you won't, but it's fun so who cares? Third, you get so much sake. I mean, you even get a bottle to take home, as well as the bamboo sushi rolling mat and rice molds to recreate the nights delicious sushi adventures in the comfort of your own home. The instructor is definitely a master in his craft. They say if you cannot explain complicated things simply, you do not understand the content well enough, well this instructor was able to effectively and simply explain how to create sushi works of delicious art.
I would recommend this class to everyone that does not have a Shellfish allergy.

HOLY COW THIS CLASS ROCKS! A phenomenal value and delightful evening for all. Did you know there is sparkling sake? Neither did I. Come and learn how to make many, many kinds of sushi from true master CK. Copious amounts of perfectly paired sake flow all night long, as you make and consume all you can eat sushi (basically). Each participant leaves with a bottle of sake and some sushi supplies, plus bragging rights, a lovely buzz, and a full and happy tummy. We will definitely be repeating this class.

I purchased the Sushi & Sake class for my dad's Christmas present, and we had so much fun! The instruction was easy to follow, there was plenty of sake to go around, and we even left with a goodie bag that included a bottle of sake! I would definitely go back with friends!
