The class was fantastic. I bought is as a birthday gift for my husband. We both had a great time and enjoyed eating our delicious creations. We had a small class of 4 so it was very hands on an interactive. Thanks Kassia!

My daughter and I really enjoyed this class. Kassia is a fun teacher who is patient with her students. I think all the students left feeling confident they could make their own pasta and ravioli at home. You really don't need many tools, the ingredients are inexpensive, you certainly don't need expensive electric gadgets. Really enjoyed Stem Ciders, as well. Beautiful establishment, the cider was delicious. Thanks for a fun evening!

A fun time, before I knew it I had a gorgeous lump in front of me of my very own handmade sweet potato angel hair pasta! I think Kassia would be able to answer any question about pasta, she was well prepared and knowledgeable and gave excellent instructions and advice.

The class was held in a really cool winery, and one glass of wine was included in the price of the class, which made for a more 'authentic' italian experience. The class was small but it was nice to have enough space to work and the teacher was able to help us a lot. Each batch of pasta yielded about 2 dozen raviolis, so plenty for dinner that night! It was an easy and fairly quick process, so now that I know how, I will definitely make my own pasta at home!

This was an extremely fun class. The teacher was great and lots of fun. The venue was perfect for pairing with pasta. I left feeling like this was something I could do on my own and really make a change in my daily cooking options.

It was a great class in a really awesome atmosphere. The class was simple and easy to follow and most importantly FUN. I definitely recommend this class for those who are looking to learn the basics of pasta making but are too afraid to try!
