I didn’t know what to expect from the class, but was pleasantly surprised! We were a bit late due to a snowstorm, but were immediately greeted with a delicious punch upon arrival. We started the class by making a Japanese-inspired cocktail that tasted great and was super easy to make thanks to Lorna’s instructions. As we sipped on those, she transformed the space into a sushi making station, and taught us how to make salmon sushi rolls. It was so good and so easy! Lorna was so sweet, so fun and was great at explaining and guiding us through the entire process. It was worth braving the cold to attend her class and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to learn how to make sushi!

My boyfriend and i were looking to try something new so i signed us up for this event. The space was intimate and very inviting! Everything was so well planned and organized. Larna was an amazing teacher and really fun! The cocktails were easy to make and delicious and the sushi was so much fun to make and turned out great! We had such a great night trying something new!!!

Lorna and Eric were incredible! Everything about this class was amazing. The gin and sake cocktail was unique and delicious. Lorna and Eric were so helpful describing the cocktails and making sure everyone on our team loved their drinks. The sushi rolling was so much fun. Lorna made everything super easy and approachable for us first time sushi makers. At the end, we finished with a DELICIOUS whiskey punch and vodka cucumber punch. Possibly the best punch I've ever had. Lorna and Eric were such incredible instructors and I would recommend them to anyone.

Lorna worked with us on setting up a private event for a company team building/celebratory event for a Fall Harvest Cocktail Class. She was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend setting up private events or taking future classes with her. Lorna is knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and we all had such a blast making speciality cocktails with her. She made everyone feel so welcome and she set up such a beautiful table with area/space for everyone to follow along and create their cocktails besides her. I think everyone in our group of 13 walked away with some new tips and techniques and found an ingredient they had never known about or considered using in their cocktails before.
