Monica was an excellent teacher and I learned a lot. It was a very fun evening. I would definitely take another class with her.

Monica did a great job. She explained the process well and truly has a gift for conveying her love of cooking. The food was delicious! I can't wait to try it at home. I'm looking forward to taking another class with Monica soon.

Monica greatly exceeded my expectations for this class and completely changed my perception on pasta. She provided a simple and efficient approach, while also teaching us how to tweak the recipes to our liking. The 4 course dinner didn't hurt either. I would strongly recommend Monica for this class, and any other!

Its was an amazing class. I went with my meager skill of boiling water and I was able to understand and even have hands on practice making my first pizza. I would recommend "Simple Foods 101" classes to anyone.

This class was phenomenal! I actually learned how to make pizza out of scratch and it was a surprisingly fast process. It can take just as much time to cook a frozen pizza or walk to the nearest pizzeria that it takes to make a pizza at home with fresh ingredients. I'm excited to try these recipes at home with a fresh salad and a glass of wine : )

I totally thought I left a review for this class but it took me this long to find this section! This is something Dabble should work on. I have valuable reviews to share to everyone. I love Monica's classes. If you want to learn some cooking, she makes awesome stuff! I highly recommend any of her classes!

I loved this class. I wasn't sure this was going to work as well as my Pesto class (also with Monica DeAngelis) but it was awesome. I only hope I'll be able to make as good bread as her but I think with practice, I should be able to do alright. Monica was super helpful and very willing to share her experiences of failure and success. I was engaged despite the long day of work I had prior. It was a great class and now I'm antsy for her Pizza class!

The class exceeded my expectations. Monica was well prepared and organized. She made the no knead bread making lesson so easy to follow. I know I will be able to do this at home. I've already ordered a Dutch Oven despite the fact that a plain old oven proof pot with lid will do. We not only learned but we laughed and we were well fed. I brought a friend and now she's a dabbler too! We are looking forward to Monica's pizza class.

I brought my cousin to this class with me, and she won a freshly-baked loaf of bread! Relaxed and fun class with lots of sampling. Monica's a gem!

What a great intro to pesto! The recipe was presented in an approachable way, and 4 techniques for using pesto were deliciously presented. I had a great time; Monica's a great instructor and I look forward to more of her classes.

Very fun - Monica creates a great group atmosphere and a wonderful learning environment, not to mention very tasty! Took home applicable knowledge and yummy pesto. Definitely a win in my book!
