Another excellent class taught by Scott. His recipe is an easy one rise affair and I was able to master it at home on the first try. If you have ever wanted to bake an easy but great tasting bread then this is the class for you.

Fun interactive class! Plus you get to sample some pizza and make your own pizza, try a glass of wine or beer and take home dough to make two pizzas. Great deal!
Next time I will have to go back to visit the restaurant as a patron instead of the "chef" :)

Wonderful Class. Chef Scott had us all making delicious pizza on our first try. Excellent teacher. I will take this class again just to taste more of the pizzas!
