Have you ever had Challah before? If so, then you know that homemade Challah is simply the best. This traditional Jewish Egg bread makes the best sandwiches, the best french toast, the best morning snack, the best night time snack, the best afternoon snack... the best midday snack... need I go on?
Join me as together we braid the perfect loaves of Challah. I will provide salts and spices that you can mix in to your hearts content! Ever tried Rosemary and Olive Oil Challah? Or cinnamon sugar Challah? Why not? Life's too short. YOLO.
Kids and adults welcome... let's get to it!
Just to recap:
Together we will make Challah dough, learn braiding techniques, add mix ins and spices, eat delicious fresh Challah, take some home to share with friends, and repeat (in your own home, since you'll know how!)
Feel free to BYOB because again, YOLO.

Danielle is a lifelong baker, dabbling in the art of both baking and eating. She was part of the University of Michigan's founding group of "Challah for Hunger," where she helped bake Challah bread for charity through fundraising. Her personal favorite type of Challah is a toss up between a special Pumpkin Pie version or the classic Raisin. Yum!!

What an enjoyable experience! Danielle is so nice and such a great teacher! I felt immediately at home from the moment I walked into her home. She was incredibly hospitable, fun and kind as well as a very patient and helpful teacher. We had a wonderful group of people at Challah Baking (we didn't all know each other beforehand but we all immediately clicked and I think that was in large part to Danielle's warmth and friendliness.) We all had such a fun time. You will walk in smiling and you will leave smiling too. Also the challah is really yummy. Highly recommended!

Danielle was awesome! She was super nice, and made sure we got all the instructions, plus shared fun facts. We also had a good group of people, but it was definitely a fun way to spend a wednesday night, and I will be taking another dabble class for sure

We had such an amazing time with this class! We have done nothing but eat our challah bread since and have raved about it everyone and anyone who will listen. This was our first Dabble class, and based on how much fun we had, we've already registered for two more!

I really enjoyed this class! Danielle was clear and made challah bread making so easy that I am planning to make it again this week! The bread we made was beautiful and stayed fresh for many days! It would make a great gift or potluck dish. She showed us that challah bread is very versatile because there are so many flavor options!
