Practice makes perfect! Bon Macaron offers French Macaron Classes! All skill levels welcome!
Teacher Chef Catherine is a Chicago area native and completed French Macaron production certification in Paris, France.
Macarons are highly technical and it takes time and commitment to master the craft. Students will learn the macaron technical process and practice their piping skills preparing their own macarons. All students go home w the delicious Bon Macarons they make in class.

Chef Catherine is a Chicago area native and completed Classic French Cuisine and French macaron production training at Ecole Ferrandi Paris, France. She also has an extenisve teaching background and holds 2 Master's Degrees in Edication. Her bakery, Bon Macaron, offers over 25 signature macaron flavors and is located in West Town neighborhood of Chicago.
