Event Overview
Learn the basics of linoleum block printing! Linoleum block prints can be used as custom stamps, for printing on fabric, to create custom stationary or as works of art. Block printing is the perfect pastime for the one-bedroom apartment: it can be cheap, space-efficient, and easy to clean up after.
This class will give you the basics in graphic design for printmaking, linoleum block carving, and pulling clean and precise prints. You'll go home with your own hand-carved block, as well as four block-printed postcards to keep. No experience necessary, and sample images will be provided if you're feeling uninspired.

Rachel is a great teacher who made everything fun and easy. I had never done linoleum block printing before or anything like it, and I was able to learn enough in this class that I could do it on my own at home now. I would definitely recommend this class.
