Event Overview

The phrase "ideal client" buzzes around the small business world faster than liquor at a networking event. But why should you even care? What does defining your "ideal client" even mean and why is it important?

This course will be a combination of information gleaned from my past four years of running a business in the competitive market that is weddings, as well as seven years in the graphic design branding/marketing world. There will also be time focused on individual reflection work and group discussion.

Who is perfect for this course:
- 2-3 year old business owner (at least)
- You’ve worked with a few clients you adore, but also find you are still working with people you don’t adore so much.
- You aren’t interested in getting 100 inquires every month, or even 50. You’d rather receive 10 inquiries in a month that have a high chance of booking at a great rate, than weeding through endless inquiries who may or may not work out.

What you’ll be able to create after this course:
- A profile of your ideal client (Facebook style!)
- Visuals that are sure to attract that ideal client, specifically
- Branding Standard Guidelines that will keep your business consistent, strong, and growing

BONUS: Entry to win a one-on-one strategy session with Rebecca. $150 value!

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

In 4 years Rebecca has gone from not being quite sure what she wanted to do as a profession to building one of the foremost upcoming wedding photography studios in the competitive Chicago market. In her first year of business most of her clients were paying around $2,000 for endless services (lower than the national average, even lower than the Chicago average). Over the next 3 years she tripled her rates and opened a storefront studio space. This rapid growth was made possible by her previous 7 years as a graphic designer along with the approach taught in this course on how to stay focused on your Ideal Client.

Rebecca strives to capture authentic emotion between couples & families by providing them the space and time to slow down from their busy lives. She knows from personal experience that sometimes the only chance you have to get to know a person is through a photograph and her goal every time someone is in front of the camera is to provide them with a memory and an heirloom to hand down for generations.
