This class with teach you how to create the perfect budget to meet your needs and save for that upcoming trip, buying a home, or just putting money aside for a rainy day. In a country that has over $16 trillion in debt, it's important that we teach people how to spend within their means and put money aside for the future.
You will learn how to:
* Create a perfect, personalized budget.
* Save for important (and fun!) life events.
* Creatively cut your spending while still enjoying daily life.
* Work with a pre-prepared Microsoft Excel file - and have it at your fingertips for the future.
* Utilize free, online resources that will help you with budgeting.

I graduated from Loyola University in 2010 with a Major in Finance and Management, and a Minor in Economics.
I have worked in the financial services industry for nearly five years. Growing up, I learned the value of a dollar by working odd jobs and was taught the importance of working hard and saving your money to be able to do the things you want. I have picked up a lot of skills over the years because of this mentality and have become savvy with my money and ways to save - but not living under a rock!
