Event Overview
During this workshop, we will explore what employee engagement is from YOUR perspective.
That's right, we're going to ask actual PEOPLE what it takes for them to be engaged in their work and organization. Novel concept, huh?
A lot of companies try to engage employees with ping pong tables, happy hours and other amenities, but they tend not to address the underlying cultural issues that make employees apply their discretionary effort to benefit the company.
We are testing a hypothesis that there are common underlying elements that everyone needs in order to feel connected to their work and company, AND that it is also likely that every person has individual needs specific to them.
Attend this workshop (and bring a friend or two!) for a bit of exploration and self-reflection to uncover what YOU need in order to be engaged with your company and do your best work.
Help us discover the common fundamental elements employees need to be engaged at work. Then, do a bit of self-reflection to unearth the specific things YOU need in order to be engaged at work and make your greatest contribution.
You'll leave with a sense of clarity about what you need to do your best work and how to be your whole self on-the-job!
This is an immersive event designed to provoke you to think differently, engage in self-reflection and possibly set a new course for your career.
Come ready to set an intention for yourself to carry into the balance of the year where you'll learn:
