Event Overview
Have you ever wanted to be able to hula hoop but the hoop just won't stay on your waist?
You CAN do it!
Whether you're completely novice or have hooping experience, we will be completing a workout focusing on building core muscles PERFECT for hula hooping and keeping the hoop on your waist. We'll work on the different techniques it takes to keep your hoop spinning as well as start moving with the hoop. We'll finish off with a few off body moves that are quick and easy to learn and a jam session where you can start to find your own personal flow.

Cristina is no newbie to the flow arts. She has been hula hooping for over four years and continually trying to master new forms of flow art. Best known for her sexy Lady Gaga numbers, her main focuses is burlesque hula hooping as well as providing stimulating visual effects at electronic concerts. She maintains a resident spot on the Uptown Underground stage where she performs twice a month with the production company, Dramageddon, of which she is a company member. As a company member, Cristina's focus is to expose people to unique forms of art, to help inspire people to grow and become better performers and artists.
