Call it dance. Call it exercise. When kids move to music, they call it fun! Kids’ dance fitness programs are gaining momentum everywhere! This (7) class series will incorporate cardiovascular conditioning, strength intervals, skill training and partner fun. Note: This is a multi-session event series. MIXXEDFIT® IS A PEOPLE-INSPIRED FITNESS PROGRAM THAT INCORPORATES EXPLOSIVE MOVEMENTS AND BOOTCAMP TONING.
Everything about our program can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best.
Our choreography is not complex and difficult. Our steps are repetitive and very easy to follow which means that our students can naturally increase their level of intensity during their workouts. We aim to keep our choreography simple. That way, our students can focus on “working out” rather than following dance steps. If you can do things like squats, jumping jacks, and shake that booty, you will have a blast in class!Cancellation Policy

My Goal for the Kids Wanna Dance Program is simple: I want girls to feel comfortable in their own skin. We use Music & DanceFitness to teach life & leadership skills to all our students. Each session focuses on self esteem and expression through dance & fitness. This program does not use advanced Choreographies but rather focuses on endurance and coordination.
I am a certified dance fitness instructor in various formats and a licensed State of Illinois Paraprofessional with 16 yrs+ working with children.
