Event Overview

For those who already drive or those who are considering, this class will give you the essential information for being a successful rideshare driver in Chicago and its outlying regions.

This class covers all the elements that a successful driver should know.

Here is a list of the topics:

1. Passenger interaction (How to greet, when not to chat, should you ask for a tip?)

2. The Rideshare Ethos (You Are Not A Taxi Driver, & other things your passengers expect.)

3. Navigating the city effectively (Learning to love lower Wacker, inner Lake Shore, Larrabee, etc.)

4. City regulations and your rights (Where do the stickers go? Can I really get a ticket for dropping off my passengers on the corner of Clark and Hubbard?)

5. TNP-specific topics (Being online with Lyft and Uber simultaneously. How to correctly use UberPOOL.)

6.Driving best practices (Staying parked vs active driving. Whether or not to chase surges. How not to get stuck in Wrigleyville during a Cubs game. When NOT to be on the expressway.)

7. Airports (When are the best days and times? Which airport? How not to get yelled at by traffic control.)

This information will transform you from a puny weekend driver barely covering your insurance payment to an Awesome Rideshare Professional grossing over $1000 per week.

This knowledge has been collected by me over the course of 2 years and 3,200 trips.
