Event Overview

Once you have found a successful business model, operating costs are important to keep in check. Energy and maintenance costs can be a major portion of a businesses expenses, so reducing those costs are important.

We will focus on LED lighting, as well as the rebates from local utilities to reduce those costs, as well as smart thermostats, refrigeration and industrial savings. We will also cover how to calculate the savings, and ways to pay for this through loans and a LOC to create positive cash flow for the business.

Business owners, as well as property managers are ideal for this course. All are welcome, but this is designed for businesses with a physical space to reduce energy (not businesses run out of the home).
