Famous for your beef jerky or pickles among family & friends? Do people beg you to start selling your cookies & caramels to them?
If you have ever thought about starting a small food business but just don't know where to begin, this class will help get you started. Led by Provenance Food & Wine Founder and Co-Owner Tracy Kellner, the goal of this class is to talk you through some first steps, learn how to make your product work in a specialty food environment, how to market on a shoestring, and discuss some things to consider before jumping in head first. Learn our protocol for taking on new products and what we are hearing on the frontlines from our customers.
