Event Overview
Please join the Green Chicago Restaurant Coalition for an evening of best practices in leveraging green marketing power and protecting your restaurant brand.
Once you take steps to become a more eco-friendly foodservice provider, not only are you improving your business by reducing your impact and saving money, but you are also adding another highly marketable dimension to your brand image. Panel of experts will include Troy Christian with Food for Thought Catering, Daniel Joseph with Blue Plate Catering, Lema Khorshid with Fuksa Khorshid Law Firm, & Katy Osborn with Amelia Street Studio. Panelists will discuss the best ways to incorporate your green status into your brand, how to leverage your brand to build customer and employee loyalty, and how you can develop and take advantage of trade secret, trade dress, and trademark rights based on your green practices. You'll also enjoy appetizers, cocktails, and networking with like-minded business owners.
Altogether, attendees will learn what it takes to build an eco-friendly image, develop strong messaging around it and protect your techniques so you can make some green while going green.
