This 21-day health makeover will jumpstart you on the path to a healthy, lean, sculpted body. The three-week program includes the following:
• 21-day plant-based meal plan
• Grocery lists
• Custom workout plan
• Weekly group fitness classes
• Daily check-ins and inspiration
All materials are provided electronically and group fitness classes will be held outdoors (weather permitting) at Jonquil Park in the Lincoln Park neighborhood on Saturdays from 8:30 - 9:30am, August 6 - 27. Please bring a water bottle and be ready to sweat!
Class #1: August 6, 8:30-9:30am
Class #2: August 13, 8:30-9:30am
Class #3: August 20, 8:30-9:30am
Class #4: August 27, 8:30-9:30am

Kaitlin Pawl is a yoga instructor, holistic nutritionist, plant-¬based athlete and wellness advocate. Growing up a multi-¬sport athlete, fitness and sport has been at the center of Kaitlin’s life from an early age. She now stays active with yoga, running and keeping up with her personal trainer husband and two rescue dogs (Augie + Bentley). She’s passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle and diet in a way that is sustainable, enjoyable and delicious. She is a plant junkie and believes in the importance of a happy, balanced life with an emphasis on fitness and lots of fresh fruits and veggies for fuel! By sharing her knowledge, enthusiasm and experience, her mission is to help as many people as possible become their happiest, healthiest selves.
