Elaine helps people polish their social skills so that those skills are not a barrier to progressing in their careers. She believes that confidence, competence and credibility can be communicated without saying a word. Her background includes success in management, sales and administration, backed by a MS in Communications from Northwestern. She has been coaching people in communication and marketing skills, both verbal and nonverbal for many years.
