Frappe, tendu? Find out if you want to take MaZi's 4 week Intro to Ballet with this one hour introductory course. You can also take this class to simply dabble in ballet for the first time or once again after many years...

In this Dabble class, you will start on the floor to learn proper body alignment, then continue on to barre and finish with light centre work.

Marisol co-founded MaZi Dance Fitness in 2009 after years of continuing her own research and training in fitness following her performing career. She trained on full scholarships and performed in renowned ballet companies such as San Francisco Ballet, Ballet El Paso, Ballet Austin, and The First Vaganova Workshop in Ghent, Belguim. She performed in productions such as The Nutrcracker, Cinderella, Romeo & Juliet, Vivaldi, Stars and Stripes, Don Quixote, and Swan Lake.

Marisol has engineered strength conditioning exercises for lean, long & strong results. If you would like to learn where these moves come from, take her MaZi Intro to Ballet! This program has adults of all ages discovering ballet technique and its carryover to fitness. You can see also see all of her technical background in the content in Ballerina Bum classes. She is eager to share the benefits of building a strong core and of keeping exercise an ongoing part of your life!
