Event Overview
Have you ever been curious about kettlebells? Think they look fun but have no idea where to start? This workshop is for you! Join JP, of Perpetual Movement Fitness and certified in Kettlebell Athletics Level 1 & 2, and HealthSource of Wicker for a Saturday to learn how to do a Turkish Get-Up. This challenging move is a great means to challenge mobility, stability, strength, and endurance. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
