Once the mind is freed of mental clutter, it is easier to identify opportunities for growth and promotion.

a greater sense of health and well-being, and the ability to feel like they have more time in
their day.

Kara Nakfoor, is a psychic reader, energy healer, and meditation teacher based in Chicago, Illinois. She loves people and has always been as fascinated by the inner aspect of life as she has been by the outer aspect. She knew of her gifts as a small child and honed them throughout her life. Kara spent many years working in the corporate world in advertising and marketing. Her agency work included Chrysler/ Plymouth, AT&T, and Nabisco International and her client side work included McDonald’s and the Museum of Science and Industry. During this period of her life she always found time to do readings, healing sessions, and teach meditation classes. Seven year ago, she took the leap and made a career out of her passion.

Kara’s goal when teaching mediation is to empower people to take the steps necessary to create their best life. She has taught hundreds of people powerful and transformative tools and techniques and frequently hears success stories from her students.
