Event Overview

Feeling Down, Don't know how to manage your stress. Come learn Meditation with me. Every Sunday 8 AM in Schaumburg.

This workshop is a series over five Sunday mornings. The registration fee is for ALL five dates. If you are interested in attending an individual session or two please contact hello@dabble.co for support.

What to Bring

Must bring bottle of water, Yoga mat, napkin and a small pillow if unable to lie down for more than 5 minutes
