Summer is HERE! For many, it’s the most coveted season of the year in Chicago. A season full of energy, joy, activity which we all want to enjoy to the fullest without end. However, it’s also a time when we can forget to listen to our bodies, and as a result, we can burn up and burn out. AIR Instructor Brian Witten is here with a Summer Ayurvedic Flow and Meditation Class to help you keep your summer glow abundantly shining. This 90-minute practice is the perfect summer reset, blending a fiery AIR Flow full of powerful and transformational movements with a cooling and cleansing meditation and restoration practice to create an experience of those seemingly endless summer evenings we all love so much!


Brian is a E-RYT 500 Hr. Yoga Instructor and Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner who brings his knowledge of yoga and modern health and movement science to others in the form of movement, meditation and lifestyle awareness practice. It is his intention to share the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (The Knowledge of Life) and Yoga within our modern experience of life. This class will include a brief introduction to Ayurvedic practices (tips and tricks) you can use to stay balanced and healthy in mind, body and life with special emphasis on how we can balance our habits and activities with the season of Summer.
