Event Overview

Hot yoga, dog yoga, yoga on your head. We don't know about you, but when we're feeling stressed we follow the golden rule our grandmothers taught us: K.I.S.S (Keep It Simple, Stupid).

The simplicity, ease, and serenity of Vinyasa yoga is undeniable, and if you've ever been hesitant to try out the whole yoga scene ... take it from some very fledgling yogis that this is the best place to start.

This one hour Dabble workshop will break down the Vinyasa sequence that everyone moves through in yoga classes without ever bothering to explain. Proper alignment and breathing will be covered. It's your chance to squelch that voice inside of you that's always wondered if you were doing it correctly or has always told you that you can't do yoga because you might embarrass yourself.

We'll be working in a fun, laid back atmosphere, so there's no need to be intimidated. Come dressed in comfy clothes, as we'll be moving through some of the poses, though we will not be doing yoga the entire hour. Mats will be provided if you don't have your own.

Jodi Geoghan is a certified and insured yoga instructor, trained in Vinyasa style. She most enjoys introducing beginner level students to the joys of yoga, and considers teaching yoga basics her current sweet spot. Easy going and positive, with an upbeat tone, Jodi's patience and instruction helps keep beginners coming back to class. She's eager to spread the knowledge, wealth and power of yoga to the lovely Dabble community.
