Event Overview

Are you a women? Do you use Microsoft Excel on a regular basis? If you answered YES to both of those questions you need to take this VBA class that will teach you how to write Excel Macros. When you learn how to automate things you will feel like you gained a new superpower. Impress your boss or get a new job. It's possible with VBA!

Women use Excel but seem to stop when it comes to writing Macros. There's no reason for that. This class will show you how easy VBA can be.

In this class I will give you a solid introduction to VBA as well as cover more advanced topics. We will cover:

-The VBA editor
-Variables
-VBA Objects
-Control statements (If & Select Case)
-Loops (For and Do loops)
-Arrays (1 dimensional, 2 dimensional)
-Message boxes and input box
-Debugging
-Pivot tables automation
-Database interaction with VBA (importing and exporting data)

If are NOT a programmer DO NOT worry. The coding examples will be easy to follow yet very meaningful.

The class is taught using Excel 2010 on my Windows laptop. I will be walking through VBA code on my laptop and you can follow along on the projector or bring your laptop if you wish.
