Move, play, laugh and learn why movement matters. Whether your goal is to improve health or just increase daily movement, this workshop will give you a framework to increase your daily movement patterns.

Join Chicago Primal Gym for a 45-minute primal movement workshop. Learn how daily workplace and in-home movement can improve productivity, posture, mood and health, and can reduce joint pain associated with prolonged sitting.

Participants will learn simple strategies to make workplace/in-home movement a daily habit.

I've experienced first-hand the improvements in every part of my life, from body composition to attitude and mental capacity, to a rock-solid immune system.

My goal is to help as many people as I can to achieve happiness and vitality through making movement, real food and a simple/fun/intuitive lifestyle an honest and consistent part of their lives.

With this movement workshop, I will introduce participants to my skills using the Functional Movement Screen and MovNat methodologies, both focusing on repairing and re-installing broken movement patterns to improve daily function.
