Event Overview
Our skin is our largest organ. It too benefits from fruits and veggies. Learn how to make living face masks with fruits, veggies, Kombucha, and Kefir. The class will start out by talking about some various fruits and veggies and why these are good for your skin. Then we will talk about fermented foods that benefit skin such as Kombucha and Kefir. Anyone interested in making their own health products or learning about why becoming more "natural" is the way to go, will definitely want to take this class. You will leave with your own face mask and a bunch of ideas for making others in the future.
