Hi future friends! I love to nerd out over topics like the psychology of motivation, engagement, goal setting, growth and development, coaching, feedback, improvement, behavioral change, nutrition, and Crossfit.
Whether you're into topics like personal development or not, we all have goals and competing priorities and learning to navigate them and lead engaging and purposeful lives is important. This is where things like goal setting, habit change, and wellness all come together.
Changing habits, especially related to what we eat is HARD. Donuts and cookies and chips are so damn good. Many of us think we know what we should eat/avoid, but actually following through on eating well is a different story.
I love to help people find the nutrition plan that fits their lifestyle, not just what they can suffer through for a few days or weeks.
