This is an event for anyone interested in learning how to exercise with no equipment, just simply using your own body weight to gain RESULTS FAST. All skill levels are welcome. We’ve started this group to meet other fitness enthusiasts like ourselves.

Sharnia is a National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) certified trainer and fitness nutrition practitioner who developed a passion for the fitness industry while on her personal fitness journey eight years ago. She is a veteran of the U.S. Army as well as someone who has devoted much of her life to helping others by working within several different social services domains. Being a personal trainer has allowed her to combine her love of helping people with the love of fitness. Sharnia also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Chicago State University and a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Roosevelt University.
