Event Overview

Could you use more sleep in your life? This is the class for you! Infant massage has been shown to increase sleep, provide relief from colic and gas, and increase the bond between parent and baby.

During this two class series you will learn different strokes and techniques to give your baby a full body massage.

We will also learn the benefits of infant massage, a brief history, and learn specific techniques to help with colic and gas. This is a great class for parents and/or caregivers with babies aged newborn to pre-crawler. All you need to bring is your baby (expecting parents are welcome too, just bring a doll to practice on, or let me know you need one), a blanket for massage time, and a relaxed attitude, ready to learn. After instructional time, there will be light snacks provided and personal shopping time at Kickin' before the doors open!

Take home materials include: hand outs with all massage strokes and a bottle of oil.
