Never again throw out another piece of produce! The primary thing you will take away from this class is the confidence to start fermenting at home.

Humans have survived on fermented foods for the majority of the time our species has been on the planet. Learn how to not only preserve your food, but make it healthier and more nutritionally available. You'll leave this class with the confidence to start fermenting your own food at home, as well as the fruits of your labor in the form of a delicious jar of your very own Sauerkraut!

The class runs between 2.5 and 3 hours.

James has been teaching fermentation classes here in Chicago for the past several months and looks forward to making many more fermenters in the city with the best food in the world. Fermentation is a deep subject, and while I started on vegetable fermentation, I am broadening my horizon by delving into fermenting alcohol, baked goods, and beverages. It's a delicious journey!
