Learn the basics of how to develop, outline, structure and WRITE your screenplay. Using our laptops and either Final Draft software OR free software such as celtx.com, you will learn:
- How to get started
- How to format your story on the page
- How to outline your story to help create the movie arc
- How to practice writing "good" dialogue and engaging characters
- Finally, how to improve the emotional impact of scenes.
***Students must already buy or download screenwriting software and have installed on personal laptops before class.
