MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Wilbur has been a practitioner of traditional Chinese martial arts since 2005. His primary style of study is Northern Shaolin (北少林), with exposure to yang style taiji, seven-star praying mantis, and northern eagle claw. Experienced in an array of empty hand forms, weapons sets, internal energy exercises, and more, he pursues the beautiful art of Chinese kung fu endlessly with unquestionable passion. He continues to train directly under sifu Wing Lam, one of the few of the last generation of traditional kung fu grandmasters, out in the Bay area.
