Event Overview
Living whole-heartedly and daring greatly are regular practices. But it can be challenging to fly solo on the path to healing. These monthly groups are designed to foster community and create a space to cultivate new skills and techniques for personal growth.
Brené Brown’s work from Daring Greatly, The Gifts of Imperfection, and Rising Strong will constitute a great deal of each session’s curriculum. Each month will feature a different topic that will be explored through a mix of psychoeducation, verbal process, and experiential exercises.
There will be a new topic each month, so you can attend one class or attend the series!
