A dynamic postural experience, the Bowspring Method taps into the vitality of your spirit and physical form to move through life steeped in your own power. The postures and movements move your body backwards, forwards, sideways and upside down. You learn to use your body's natural springs to feel physically powerful and light. You have more energy with less effort.
An emotional and physical cathartic release, you will feel drenched with new hope and freedom.
The Bowspring Method is for everyone. A love-filled, compassionate, sensual inquisition. Movement Medicine.

Sarah Wolfman is a passionate practitioner and teacher in Chicago’s Yoga Community. Since 1996, Sarah has approached her studies with utmost curiosity and sensitivity, she is fascinated by the varying traditions and philosophies of this treasured practice.

Along with traditional offerings, Sarah makes a point of staying current with all methods of movement medicine. As our bodies and minds shift, so must our practice.

Since 2013, Sarah has been practicing and teaching the Bow Spring Method, a physically freeing and emotionally releasing body-mind experience. A dynamic postural practice that works on the body’s connective network in accessible, yet challenging, movements. The Bow Spring alignment strengthens the postural muscles, nurtures healing breath and fosters an overall physical and mental state of rest. Relaxing into ourselves and embracing our bodies as a healing space.
