Event Overview
Pumpkin Pie? Pecan Pie? Aunt Mary’s famous stuffing?
What special food makes your holiday meals yummy, yet stressful?
Would you like to feel more in control over your food cravings? Would you like to conquer the impulse to binge, and actually make conscious choices about food without feeling stressed about it?
Learn how EFT Tapping, a scientifically proven mind/body technique that combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with contemporary psychology can help you tap away any food craving. No equipment, no special diet, no drugs. It’s a simple exercise that you can use anytime, anywhere to get yourself calm, centered and completely neutral about whatever you were craving.
Please know that conquering a craving is about regaining control and consciously eating. It does not mean that you will NEVER enjoy your favorite food EVEr AGAIN. It simple means that you will be able to look at it and think, "hm, is this really what I am hungry for?" The answer may be "yes", in which case you will eat one (not 20) and be satisfied.
EFT Tapping has a terrific track record for weight loss and this exercise is a great first step to realizing you can be in control and reasonable about your food choices. And let's be honest, it's handy to know how to eat just a few candy corn this time of year :)
We’ll have treats on hand but you are welcome to bring what tempts you.

I thought this was a great overview in explaining the therapeutic technique of tapping. It truly did what the description said in terms of incorporating over eating and over indulging with tapping. I would recommend this teacher to anyone!
